The Audience Insights Developer is responsible for developing a comprehensive, 360-degree view of St. Louis Public Radio's digital and radio audience. Passionate about data analysis, data integrity, and its application to a wider engagement and conversion strategy, the Audience Insights Developer defines and develops studies and analyses that increase St. Louis Public Radio's knowledge of our audience and their behaviors. The role works closely with team members in content, digital, and fundraising to develop and launch innovative tactics to deepen audience engagement, retention, and donor conversion.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in performing a dual role as both a business intelligence analyst and developer. Experience delivering end-to-end business intelligence solutions is ideal. A strong technical background and knowledge in data architecture and web analytics are required. The person in this position will liaise with senior management and key stakeholders in the content, digital, programming, and fundraising teams to explore and explain key insights into audience behavior.
