Front Office and Corporate Accounts Assistant

St. Louis Public Radio | 90.7 KWMU, NPR affiliate, is seeking a Front Office & Corporate Accounts Assistant to provide a broad and variable range of clerical and/or customer service support for the Station and the Corporate Accounts Department. Tasks typically include: answering St. Louis Public Radio’s main phone lines; customer and donor interaction and stewardship support; researching program information utilizing online services to answer listener inquiries, preparing draft responses to listener email; monitoring/updating automated/recorded phone systems; equipment/supply/facility coordination; mail/delivery support; input/update/maintain database information; create reports; presentation materials for Account Executives; maintain Corporate Accounts information on website, and other duties as needed.

Three years’ experience in administrative, marketing, business, development or related area required. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and Internet skills required. Experience with database software preferred. College degree in business, marketing, communications or related degrees preferred. Associates degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills,and abilities may be acquired.
