Responsibilities include coordination of activities for St. Louis Public Radio's membership data flow and other support for fund raising activities and projects including: importing and exporting data for donor activities including direct mail, telemarketing, and other development processes; customer service and stewardship activities for members and major donors.
Working with the eight-person development team to coordinate stewardship activity and customer service for members, including high level coordination and stewardship for $1K plus level donors;
Assisting with data entry, data import/export activity;
Performing monthly and routine data processes to export data for direct mail, pledge billing, customer service and other projects;
Writing and designing/sending donor communications including enewsletters, emails, letters and invitations;
Coordinating activities of volunteers including recruitment and training;
Assisting with planning and execution of development campaigns, projects and events.
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities is necessary. One to two years in development, database or related field is required.
Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills;
Demonstrated experience in writing a variety of materials;
Experience with and understanding of data entry and database systems;
The ability to work in spreadsheets, organize information effectively and problem solve;
The ability to work in teams and also be independent and self-motivated while managing multiples tasks and meeting deadlines;
